ในการเยือนครั้งนี้ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ฉี-จง เผิง ได้บรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ “From Genes to Function: Innovations in Royal Jelly Proteins and Bee Products for Biotechnology and Human Health” ให้กับคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาของคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล นอกจากนี้ยังได้เข้าร่วมตรวจเยี่ยมฟาร์มผึ้งชันโรง ตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) ณ ฟาร์มผึ้งชันโรงใกล้เคียง บริเวณวิทยาเขตพัทลุง มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ
การเยือนครั้งนี้ยังเปิดโอกาสให้มีการหารือเกี่ยวกับความร่วมมือในอนาคต ทั้งด้านการวิจัย การเรียนการสอน และการพัฒนานักศึกษาร่วมกัน
Faculty of Science and Digital Innovation, Thaksin University, warmly welcomed Professor Dr. Chi-Chung Peng, Dean of the College of Applied Arts and Sciences, National Formosa University, Taiwan, on the occasion of his visit as a visiting scholar during August 26-30, 2025.
During this visit, Professor Dr. Chi-Chung Peng delivered a special seminar titled “From Genes to Function: Innovations in Royal Jelly Proteins and Bee Products for Biotechnology and Human Health” to faculty members and students of the Faculty of Science and Digital Innovation. He also took part in a farm inspection of stingless bees conducted according to Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) standards at a nearby stingless bee farm on Thaksin University’s Phatthalung campus.
The visit further included discussions on potential future collaborations in research, teaching, and joint student development programs.
